Health Services

School Readiness Nurses provide services for children, ages 0-5, and their families. Their focus is to provide early identification and treatment of health and developmental problems. They provide the following services:

  • Developmental screen
  • Hearing screen
  • Vision screen
  • Dental screen
  • Health and immunization screen
  • Health insurance enrollment

Along with these services, parents receive education, resources, referrals and support regarding their child’s developmental concerns. SRNs are sponsored by a grant from the Children and Families Commission of Orange County. If you have any questions or concerns please contact one of our School Readiness Nurses.
