First Day of School 2021 Reminders

  • The First day of school, August 12, 2021
  • Students may begin lining up to enter campus at 6:50 am
  • Breakfast starts at 7:00 am
  • School starts 7:30 am
  • School Dismissal Schedule
  • All students will be required to wear masks while indoors.
  • Masks are not required outside while eating, or when outside for PE.
  • Parents volunteers and visitors not allowed on campus.
  • Rest assured school support staff will guarantee your student arrives safely to their classroom.
  • Visitors, volunteers, and parents NOT allowed inside campus during the first day of school.

Parents: Make sure your child is healthy before they come to school

Is my child OK to go to school today?

Review the Student Symptom Decision Tree & your child’s temperature to determine if your child’s is OK to come to school at the start of each day.

Student Devices

If a student received an AESD device last year, 2020, they are responsible for bringing the device back on the FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL.

If you child needs a school owned device, parents MUST complete the Agreement For Use Of AESD Technology.

Points of Entry

Points of access to school on Agate Street and near the school parking lot will be open in the morning.

REMINDER: Classes start at 7:30 AM

Points of Dismissal

Dismissal for Grades TK and Kinder

Dismissal for Grades TK and Kinder takes place on the 2 small gates near the staff parking lot in Clearbrook Lane.

Dismissal for Grades 1,2 & 3

Dismissal for Grades 1,2 and 3 takes place on the Agate Street gates.

Dismissal for Grades 4, 5 & 6

Dismissal for Grades 4, 5 & 6 takes place on the middle gate near the Barton Park; same as last year.

IMPORTANT: Only people designated in emergency card can pick your child up. A valid ID is required to pickup students.


It is going to be a great year! We are so excited to kick-off this year in class with students on campus.
