Volunteer Application Process

Click the link below to begin the volunteer application.

*An account will need to be created. At the end of the course a certificate will need to be downloaded to be submitted in the Volunteer application step

Step 3

Click the link below to begin the AESD Volunteer Application

Wait to receive an Email Confirmation of Approval.

Step 5

Once Approved attend a Volunteer Onboarding Session.

Becoming an AESD Volunteer

In order to provide a safe and educational environment for all our TK-6 students, the following volunteer documentation will be required of all volunteers while conducting district activities.

AESD EMPLOYEES who wish to be considered volunteers outside of their work hours, need to apply online and upload picture of their AESD employee badge.

HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS who need to complete community service hours or who would like to volunteer do not require an application. They will need an approval by the site administrator and work under the supervision of an AESD employee.

COLLEGE OBSERVERS who wish to complete their observation or field work hours must make an appointment with site administrator to receive approval and assignment. All college observers must be under the supervision of an AESD Employee at all times.

Field Trips

Parents are welcome to attend field trips and parent engagement opportunities as a visitor at a school site.
