Intra-District Transfer Application Form

For students who live within the Anaheim Elementary School District, and wish to attend an AESD school other than their school of residence.

If your child is not already attending/enrolled in an AESD school please enroll before requesting a transfer.

NO transfer is needed if your child has an older sibling attending AESD and is not receiving Special Education Services. Please contact their current school to enroll.

    Terms and Conditions

    After all students residing within a school’s attendance boundaries have been placed, remaining placement requests will be processed until a given school has reached its defined enrollment capacity.

    Transportation must be provided by the parent/guardian. El padre/tutor debe proporcionar transporte al estudiante.

    Annual renewal is not required, unless a transfer has been granted to allow the student to finish the school year at their current school. If a student wishes to continue at the same school for the following year, an application must be submitted for approval during the Transfer period.

    Students of AESD shall abide by all school rules and procedures, including but not limited to satisfactory attendance & behavior. Parents/Guardians shall work collaboratively with school personnel to provide support and interventions to ensure students success.
