Anaheim, Calif. — The Anaheim Elementary School District (AESD) is pleased to announce the appointment of Julie Diep to its Board of Education. A passionate advocate for mental health and autism support, Ms. Diep was officially sworn in during the Board meeting on December 18, 2024.

Julie Diep brings a wealth of experience in serving diverse communities.
As the founder and president of OC Autism Foundation, she has dedicated her career to providing essential therapeutic services, resources, and advocacy for individuals and families. Previously, Ms. Diep served as the Executive Director of New Hope Therapy Center and was the host of an English-Vietnamese program on Little Saigon Television, further demonstrating her commitment to building relationships across communities.

“We are pleased to welcome Julie Diep to the AESD Board of Education,” said Superintendent Jesse Chavarria. “Her extensive experience in mental health advocacy and education will be a valuable asset to our district, enhancing our commitment to maintaining an environment where every student thrives.”
