AESD and AEEA members

Tentative Contract Agreement Reached between AEEA and AESD

AEEA and AESD are pleased to announce that on Wednesday, June 12, 2019 a total compensation package agreement was reached between the two groups. Members from both bargaining groups worked diligently during numerous sessions to reach the agreement, which includes:

  • 1.8% on-going salary increase (retroactive to July 1, 2018)
  • 0.2% on-going increase to Step 25 (equal to $1,500)
  • 0.58% one-time AESD contribution to health and welfare benefits (from November 1, 2019 through October 31, 2020).
    • Employees with Blue Shield will not see an increase for the 2019-20 school year.
    • Employees with Kaiser will have a $0 out-of-pocket monthly contribution for the 2019-20 school year.

Learn to program robots you build, use sensors and motors to create cool projects

  • Fee: $195 per session
  • AGE: 7 to 13 years
  • Pre-Requisites: None

Codologie©

Learn to code, build circuits, work with computer hardware and software, and create cool projects

  • Fee: $245 per session
  • AGE: 9 to 13 years
  • Pre-Requisites: None
