Dear Madison Families,
Welcome back, Mustangs!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I hope you and your family had a wonderful summer filled with time to relax, recharge, and make special memories. As we begin a new school year, I am excited to welcome both our returning families and those who are joining the Madison community for the first time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
My name is Ms. Megan Brown, and I am honored to serve as the new principal of James Madison Elementary School. Education has been my passion for nearly two decades. Throughout my career with Anaheim Elementary School District, I have had the privilege of serving as a classroom teacher, Digital Learning Coach, Curriculum Specialist, and most recently, Vice Principal. Each of these experiences has strengthened my belief that every child deserves a school where they feel safe, valued, challenged, and inspired to reach their full potential.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Although this is my first year at Madison, I have already been impressed by the pride this community has in its school. I am excited to spend the coming months getting to know our students, families, and staff, learning what makes Madison so special, and building strong partnerships together.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This year, our focus will be on providing every student with engaging, high-quality instruction while continuing to strengthen literacy, mathematics, and meaningful learning experiences across all grade levels. We are committed to helping every student grow academically, socially, and emotionally while creating a positive school environment where all children feel welcomed, supported, and empowered to succeed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Family partnerships are one of the greatest contributors to student success. I encourage every family to become involved at Madison in whatever way works best for you. Whether that means joining our PTA, volunteering on campus, attending family events, or staying connected through our school communications, your involvement makes a meaningful difference.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Communication is a priority for me. Throughout the year, I will share regular updates celebrating student achievements, highlighting upcoming events, and keeping you informed about the exciting things happening at Madison. My goal is for every family to feel welcomed, informed, and connected as we work together to support our students.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Thank you for entrusting us with your children each day. It is a privilege to join the Madison community, and I look forward to meeting each of you throughout the school year. Together, we will make this an outstanding year for every Mustang.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
