The COC is composed of members who are private citizens. The Committee consists of at least seven (7) and not more than nine (9) members appointed by the Board from a list of candidates submitting written applications. The mission of the committee is to oversee the expenditure of bond funds for the construction, repair, and modernization of schools by the Anaheim Elementary School District.
